1. How can I redeem points?

Points can be redeemed by logging into your account, clicking on the rewards section, and choosing "Redeem Points". A code will be provided to you to use in our online store. Alternatively, you can come into the store and we'll be able to pull up your account and apply the discount to your in store order.

2. Is there a limit to how many rewards can be redeemed on one order?

Yes! You will only be able to use one reward per order.

3. Are there other perks for being part of the Fru rewards program?

Yes! You will have first glances at our new apparel. You will also be invited to VIP events in the store that will not be open to the general public.

4. Do points expire?

Points do not expire! You'll be able to keep them coming in until you're ready to use them!
